Bancroft Way is a stretch of road in Berkeley, California — the walk between where ideas get argued about and where they actually get built. That's the job: take what a founder knows in their head and turn it into software real users can touch, fast enough that it still matters when it ships.
We're a small team on purpose. Every project gets senior engineers, not a bench of juniors learning on your dime — our principals bring 25+ years shipping production systems across energy (Chevron), financial services (Marqeta payment infrastructure), and healthcare (Hill Physicians and Effective Health Systems claims platforms).
